I have seen photos of reception sites where those tall, white columns were placed in each of the 4 corners of the dance floor, and then tulle was draped in a canopy style starting from a mid-spot on the ceiling, and then draping down towards each column. I know you can rent those columns at places that rent bridal supplies. This picture was taken from a balloon decorating site, so the columns are made with balloons. But you get the idea if you wanted to rent white roman style columns for the corners.
