I made wine markers (2 per person) with a smiley face charm on one since I like smiley faces and an airplane on the other since my fiance is a pilot. They were easy to do and cheap and I just used 10 different color beads so everyone at a table had a different color as well. Then I had my sister-in-law help make chocolate 2-D champange glasses to hook them around. You could probably hook them on candy canes if you like.
