Hi...
You did not say what colors you have, or if there is a theme....but.....candy in tulle is easy, and inexpensive. After Valentine's Day and Easter there are special colors of candies on sale.....so you don't have to custom order colored candy. If you have access to a computer...use address labels, and create a little thank-you. These fit perectly around the miniture candybars.
You can pick up wildlower seed very inexpensively in bulk.....again with a computer you can print out labels and affix them to small envelopes. (Think..."Thank-you for helping our love to grow"....). Birdseed works as well.
Fudge in a small packet is not too difficult. Center 4 or 6 pieces on food wrap, or a patterned gift bag cellophane...there are also small clear bags sold for this purpose at craft stores.......and then use curling ribbon to tie a bow, and attach a thank-you.
Depending on the group of people....you could scatter pretty wrapped candy on the tables, and then in a small frame place a note that thanks everyone for attending and advises them that in their honor you have made a donation to a place, fund, charity or whatever they would appreciate.(some areas like this, and others don't.....personally, I appreciate it much more than a plastic shoe).
As a token...I think anything that you can wrap in tulle that you can buy in large packages. potpourri, bath salts, tea lights, candies, peanuts...in shell, jelly beans, your state's quarter...with a cute saying, and then tied with curling ribbon, lace.wired ribbon or with a small silk flower is great. Create a table with an elevated tray just for these.
