My daughter's wedding and reception was in the western theme. The ceremony and reception were both outside. I made all of the flower arrangements myself with the sunflower as the central flower arranged in tin buckets. For the reception tables I used old mason jars filled with small sunflowers and other flower fillers. We "rented" bales of hay which we had the flowers sitting on (for the wedding). Her dress was an understated traditional white dress, but the groom, best man, ushers, and father of the bride all wore black jeans with a nice western shirt and western hats. The reception was an old fashion BBQ with steak, chicken, baked beans, cornbread, and the like.
