My daughter's wedding flowers this july also will be blue hygrangeas. I bought the flowers for her bouquet at a flower shop and I will do the flowers myself. For the decorations I have bought lots at Dollar Stores. Bridesmaids at a craft store. The hydrangea is a very nice flower. As for dying I would suggest you try one pedal to see is it works then you won't waste a whole flower. I don't know when the your wedding is but wait a bit and you wil find hydrangeas again in craft stores and flower shops. Good luck!
