I'd say just have a few "fun" get-togethers...I'm sure the topic of your wedding will come up naturally, and they will all be able to share ideas with you. Also, if dress shopping still needs to be done, that could be a fun event all unto itself (at least as long as everyone agrees on what looks good!). And then you will probably have a few "work" nights...favor making, programs (if you're going to have them), making decorations if you're going to do that as well.
