Thanks so much for your help. I'm really not sure if the tasks are that huge. For example, I would like to have those fabric chair covers at the ceremony and the reception. My grandmother is a seamstress and so is my fiance's grandmother. I love them both dearly and I think that they would get along really well. I have found a pattern for the chair covers and I thought that if they wanted to, they could work togethr to make chair covers. I dont expect them to do it and I would let them know that they shouldnt feel like they have to do it or that they dont even have to work together. I'm not familiar with sewing so I don't know exactly how much work it would be. I assume it would be a pretty big job but between the two of them and anyone else who could pitch in, it wouldnt be that bad right? I mean they have almost 10 months until the wedding.
My actual question, however, or what i meant for it to be, was: How can I introduce all of my bridesmaids to one another and make their experiences with this wedding more enjoyable?
