What all do you expect them to be helping you with? That's my first question. I'm not sure that "teams" need to be formed...it might be better to decide on your own which gal would be able to help you most in a specific area, and work with her as an individual on that particular thing instead of throwing everyone together and make them work together. That way each bridesmaid could feel like she did something special for you.
