Arturio had returned to Water after a friendly scuffle with Karasu of Ice and sending Jadden home to speak with his Uncle. Along the way, he came across his life-long comrade, Caecus. What was better yet, his red-winged brother had acquired an egg. Well, the egg, and eventual hatchling, was certainly not of the same species as the large black dragon. The small blue back, now named Constantine by his surrogate father, was already fitting right into life on the island.
Arturio was chatting with Caecus, asking about his time away, and what it was like to be able to see for the first time. The red winged dragon had explained, and the large white wolf listened intently. He was about to reply, but a snap on his tail by Constantine drew away his attention for a moment. At the same time, a familiar voice rang through the air. The brute's ears pricked up and his tail wagged, best it could in the mouth of the dragonling, when he recognized the voice.
Caecus quickly removed Arturio's tail from the blue back's mouth. And with that, the water Beta was off, bolting towards Cealia with puppy-esque excitment. He hadn't expected her to come, not so soon at least, so he was thrilled to see her. "Cealia!" He called out when he could see her on the beach. Following behind him was Caecus with Constantine in to. The red winged was smiling pleasantly, and the blue back darted off to greet Cealia himself. The draglet got there first and chirped at her with a large, toothy grin.
