Kashann waited patiently for everyones arrival, first Arturio, since he wasn't far away, probably having dosed off in the near by area, "Hello Arturio." Kashann spoke as he come out of the brush.
Kashann wore a welcoming smile as he always did, it was quite the experience being an alpha and not only that for some reason everyone in his pack adored the wolf it was a nice feeling especially having chosen to be alpha of his home.
Next came Hades, Kash knew she was tired, she had few sleep filled nights since becoming lead guard the one day off Arturio had willingly picked up patrol, the day Ajin had come by. Still Kash felt maybe with the upgrade she'd rest a little after training Kratos. Only he knew what the meeting was about, "Morning Hades." he smiled at the fey, she was strong of mind and will it was something he admired about the young fey.
His son and daughter had been out of the pack very often lately, he'd figured each had found their own wolves to love. Or maybe they were just hanging out with friends and kept losing track of time. Still as long as each knew where home was Kashann did not bother to follow, trusting their judgment and choices. "Morning Son." he said wagging his tail...now ready and happy to have everyone there.
"There are changes coming, There is a rebirth of an alliance with the Ice Pack and a new alliance made with the Earth Pack. These alliances are very important to us since we are small in size but not so in heart and skills. My job is to insure the safety of the pack and most times it's a big job to do alone. So I started thinking of many ways to help." he paused and looked to make sure everyone was listening, "It will give you all a way to serve your pack and help in it's growth and protection. Because growth is important Hades you will not be lead guard anymore." he didn't look at Hades when he spoke the words, "Kratos it will be your new position. Hades as Lower Beta I expect you to train him and any new positions afterwards. I hope to fill. Kratos as we grow you will be able to bring in a team of your own which you look after and give assignments to. Other Posistions I hope to fill in the near future is Lead Hunter and a team of hunters, a Caretaker and finally the Lead Scout and their team of scouter's."
"All Leads report to a monthly meeting. I'd like to be kept up in what is going on of course. The Lower beta is in charge when I or the Beta is not around. Which is usually when we go off to meetings in other packs." He turned to Arturio, "As beta you are my right hand wolf, unless I am with my family of course. Otherwise when you are not training or on a personal or pack mission you are with me, I hope you do not tire of me so easily. I have quite a few things to show you." He returned to the rest of the group, "So to recap, Arturio is now beta, Hades is lower beta and Karatos is Lead guard. Kratos as we grow you may need to appoint members of your team son do not exceed 3 members, 4 if you count yourself. All hierarchy and lead members are required to be around during meetings and insure all packs members and food is in place when we are the entertaining pack for allied Alphas and their guests. Hades, you get more free time, but as new leads are appointed you are to train them in what is expected and make decisions when I or Auturio is not around. If you do not yet feel at ease doing so you are welcome to ask Harmony for assistance," he said knowing the wolf fey had a respect and motherly love for his Alphess.
"Arturio you pretty much advise me where needed, attend all meetings I attend, hold the monthly lead meetings and report them to me if I am not in attendance, which I should be. Together it is our responsibility to insure that we thrive and be safe her on our island." Kashann thought he covered everything there may be mixed emotions among the new and young team, "Any questions?" He asked wagging his tail excited if they aren't.
