Halifax, too, had been painfully aware of the absence of wolves who loved him when he'd been gone. And now he was quite aware of the loss of Akitali and Manasseh, the spirited pair, the two with the typical "brother and sister" personalities of their first litter. Manasseh, he knew, was gone; forever, it would seem, as he hadn't even encountered the young brute's ghost. And never would, he supposed glumly. Hali furrowed his brow, preoccupied again until Spritey embraced him quietly, as if checking to make sure he was not again a misty black substance known to dissolve with the wind. He smiled at his mate, giving her a gentle kiss on her cheek before turning his eyes, too, to their grandchildren of a few generations.
"Alright then... Alte, would you like Thanh and myself to move the pups?" He asked, motioning to pick up Lulu. The silvery femme nodded, smiling briefly, and nudging her son from the safety of the den. As his father moved forward to scoop him up Darkenrapture snarled, bristling, and independently moved forwards, strutting forth as if the lands were his. Thanh whined frustratedly, allowed his son to get a little ways ahead of him, before running towards him like a golden shadow and scooping him up, holding the little one gently between his teeth by his scruff. Darken growled, wriggling like a worm and emitting low puppy grumbles of indignancy.
Thanh laughed softly and awaited his grandparents and mate, who carried his daughters. As Alte came towards them he nuzzled her affectionately, briefly. She looked somewhat surprised and paused mid-step, smiling bemusedly at the embrace. Little Kili swung happily from her mother's jaws, smiling brightly. Lulu resigned herself with a sigh to ride in Hali's back, though she squealed with delight when he gently flipped her onto his back and took off into the air, hovering about a foot from the ground.
Alte smiled, and Kili looked upset that her ride had no such means of transportation.

Roux snarled at the comment, bristling and lifting his lip to expose his own glistening, powerful fangs. "Who are you?" He grumbled, voice unreadable, as he was quite reluctant to show Mirai his comment had hurt him.
Nathaniel murmured, quietly, "Alright, Mirai... he's yours." She continued to stay in her place, confidant her brother had heard her, what with his keen hearing. Roux, however, had not.
