I just moved to the Cleveland area and I'll be docking my boat this year at the mouth of the Rocky River. I've fished the Western Basin many times, but would like to begin exploring the Central Basin - preferably areas I can get to easily from the Rocky River. I'd love to hit some smallies, but don't know if the fishing is any good for 'em around there.
