I see your point with the 14 foot boat. If launching at angola i would fish north east of sturgeon point in about 65 feet of water with dipsy divers and worm harnesses, and maybe a renosky trolled anywhere from 1.5-1.9 mph. Set dipsyes back anywhere from 180 to 250 feet. Use #0, and #1 dipseys, with leads about 150 feet on #1's. With your rig that would be the best way to hook into some eyes.Evening bite is usually good.good luck
