Well I don't see why you shouldn't go ahead and contact the Shriners. They could give you advise on the brace. The front and back surgery sounds right but I'm not sure that when he hits 50 degrees that he'll be old enough to have the surgery. He might have to wait till he stops growing. I would talk to as many people as you can about his case.
