Thanks so much for the advice. I know I need to see a doctor---it's just hard knowing the right one, so thanks! I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, so if you have any recommendations that would be wonderful! Right now I just want to talk to someone, get an x-ray etc., but if surgery is recommended I would be willing to travel to get the best possible care. Thanks so much!
