Posted by Bill I first started out with 70 and now I have 50 degrees. It's very hard to wear the brace, and I just feel like I want to go to bed once I put it on. I only wear the brace AFTER school (16hrs) and its just plain hard. I go to school, and to the gym right after school. I am home at about 6-7pm, put my brace on and do the stupid exercices, and do my homework. By this time its about 9:30pm and I feel like I want to die. It's so hard. Someone PLEASE HELP!

My name is Bill and I am 15 years old. I am currently wearing a brace for my back and I was told that I only have one year from now to correcr my back by wearing the brace, or I MUST go through surgery.
