What kind of therapy sessions are you talking about? I know that Pilates is very good for our body and is a great strengthening tool as long as you are well fused. I don't think I've ever heard of it as a therapy tool though because most doctors feel that nothing can help scoliosis but surgery or bracing. I'm sure it could strengthen your body which would help you feel better overall. But don't do any therapy like Pilates until your doctor has cleared you and says you are able to do exercises other than walking.
