You are right. If you are in your early twenties, then not even a brace could straighten you out though. It would only help if were still growing (like in your pre-teens). Plus, there aren't any exercises that will help either. So what you must do is go to the doctor and get an x-ray. You need to find out what your curvature is and get a specialist's opinion. Make sure it's an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in Scoliosis. Surgery is the only thing that can correct Scoliosis; however, if you have stopped growing then there is the chance that it will not progress any further and you can live with it.
