Had to tell I went swimming for the first time since my posterior spinal fusion surgery.I only panicked once when I went underwater for the first time I got turned around with my brothers help. Kept on swimming after that. I am sore today though.
Oh I couldn't click on this site for along time. There is a pop up that wouldn't let in here.
