My 15 y/o daughter is having scoliosis surgery on
Thurs, July 13. I am concerned after hearing about others that she will have trouble walking after surgery. My daughter has Friedreich's ataxia which is a neuromuscular disease that causes problems with balance and gait. How long does it take a normal teen to recover to walking after surgery?
