OMFG! This morning at 6:30am this family comes in for breakfast, mom, dad and son in a wheelchair..They are the only people in the resturant so I give them my 'just slammed 3 cups of coffee super niceness'. They all had the breakfast buffet and I brought them coffee and water. The poor little guy was just eating off his mom's plate which is just fine with me. NO WAY am I gonna charge him (although he did eat quite alot)..so then mom asks me if the little guy could have two small pancakes and I went and asked the cook if he'd fix them without a ticket and he does. (nicest cook in the world btw). So I bring out her free pancakes and she has the nerve to COMPLAIN that her free pancakes are TOO BIG! Not only that but she starts baby talkin her son.."ooohh sweety wheety only wanted a little pancakes, these pancaky's are MUCH to big for my little baby waby". I was shocked but did'nt think to much about it so I bring the bill with only 2 buffets on it and mom comes up and tells me they only had 1 buffet cuz her husband did'nt eat (BULLSHIT) and I was'nt suppossed to charge for her son (I DID'NT AND I AM!). i could NOT believe it!!! So I call the manager over and he says "no problem" and adjusts the bill! I WAS SO PISSED! WHAT NERVE!!!! UGH! OH-and the cheap lyin b###h did'nt tip either! jeesh!
