Posted by TommyBoy23 Liquid Courage. Lie. Not that I would ever do that ;-) But honestly...you can tell the truth without saying you were fired. Or...if it really was over a misunderstanding, just be honest. "I was terminated at my last job because....but please call them, I assure you they'll have nothing but positives to say about my work ethic." Or you can convingly lie and hope any potential new employer doesn't call for a reference. In NJ (I was told this at least) a past employer is not permitted to disclose the circumstances under which employment ended. All they can say is "Yes, so-and-so did work here from ___ until ___ ." Just use other people as your references, people who'll was orgasmic about the magic that is you! Third...Lindsay is still hot. Numba 4...I bought some Ben & Jerry's...time to eat that and watch Conan O'Brien! Peace out, homies! ~Tommy

Gracie...generally, the bar rocks! Stick with that. I gotta say...at our place we used to rotate evenly. If you're in Section 3 on Friday night, you're in 4 the following Friday, up to Section 10, then an "on call," then back to Section 1. Lately, though...they're not really rotating. Not be cocky, but I kinda like it this way. The strong servers get the strong stations, so I am making out real nicey nice.
Last Friday & saturday I had the "wine room"..tonight, wine room. Tomorrow..in the "pit" (a sectioned off area with all booths were a lot of people request). Only thing that sucks is that I've been put into the friggin war zone known as "smoking" on the past three Jazz Nights. Eggh, whatever! On a Friday and Saturday, the smoking section (in the bar) is awesome...on Jazz Night it's just insane and way too hard to fight through the crowd to get your tables.
