AAGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! I need to vent! My co-worker is on vay-cay this week(we split our slow ass resturant in half for breakfast, than one other waitress comes in for lunch..SOMETIMES!)and since there is nobody to cover her I am left with the whole resturant to myself (I know what your thinking..and yes you can smack me for b###hin about it) I am totally loving the $$ and all BUT today my co-workers regulars come in, they come in once a month and there's about 12-15 of em, she's always b###hing about how much she hates them and now I know why...So, one guy comes in and had the buffet and coffee..low maitenance,. very nice...after awhile he starts moving tables around in the back of the resturant and informs me he'll have 8-12 people. OK, no prob..so they all sssllllooowwwllly start to show up and tell me they will need seperate checks (pain in the ass, but at leaste they told me ahead of time) THAN they wanna order as they come and it's all...oatmeal and water...english muffin and small oj, toast and coffee...just a bunch of piddly shit. So as soon as I get one tray of side orders out I find that eveyone has switched seats and more of the freaks have arrived. At this point, I don't know who had the dry bagel with water and who had the raisin bran with skim milk and they are gettin pissed at me! Well..let me tell ya I gave an oscar worthy preformance and did'nt roll my eyes once UNTIL i find out 8 out of 17 are not even EATING AT ALL!! AND GET THIS! They call themselves..BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!! HAHAHAHHAAAA! All I could do is laugh..After about 45 minutes of ringing up thier seperate checks I put the auto grat on each and every one even though it added up to be about 35 cents a ticket(how embarrassing!) I even was extra sweet and did'nt charge some who just had coffee...So than they deciede to pay..ONE BY FREAKIN ONE! and left me a whole whoppin 0 extra on the mess of a table and all the tickets added up to be 4 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!! I now have a whole new respect for my co-worker..If she can do that once a month she deserves some major props!
