I always clear as people finish. I can't stand to look at my plate or that of the people I'm dining with after they're finished. It just grosses me out. Also, I was trained to wait until everyone is finished, but that is not the way it is rated on our Secret Shoppers & I did lose points for that in my early days at my restaurant.
