Once you realize they're gonna leave you a dollar whether you serve them while singing and dancing, or deal the meals out on the table like cards, you start to prioritize. All I can say about the added grat is customers need to READ. Where I work, parties of 8 or more get 15% added grat, and yes, I have had some irate ones that frantically wave me over when I hand them the bill and tell me they refuse to pay it. I simply get a menu, point out that in plain English, there it be! "15% gratuity is added for parties of 8 or more". You don't like it, hit the drive thru.
