Hi all!
My first time to the site, as I was hired today-
I haven't waited tables in years, (I eloped with the BOH!)-
can anyone tell me or direct me to info
reguarding a breakdown of the 'coarses' of a meal-
in the appropriate order? I'm shooting for 7 coarses,
but would like to know as much as I can learn....(9 coarse too ,etc.)
