And I am lossing money because I was supposed to work it. Anyone else ever come across a problem like this? Anyone else think this lady is completely off her rocker?
We had an issue at the place I work. We completely booked the restaurant with parties this Sat. and had to turn other potential bookings away because we were full. On Monday one of the parties cancelled because a family member had just been diagnosed with cancer. Now we take a $500 non-refundable deposit to book a party. This lady really wants her deposit back. She has gone as far as to continually call and harass us. I am not exagerating when I say she is calling at least 40 times an hour. Sometimes she uses profanity, or just plays loud music.
She has managed to jam our phone lines. She claims she has called the better business bureu (sp) and is bashing the place anywhere she can find to.
