Did you ever notice that it's the servers who are always whining that have problem tables, poor tips, food goes out wrong, lost tickets, etc? I was just discussing this tonight when I had no problems with any of my tables and the two whiners were having all kinds of crap happen. You can't tell me there's no such thing as karma. By the way, these are the same people who will tell you about the great work they do and then can't understand why they don't get the plum schedules or stations.
