Methinks you have have predicted scenarios in which there are two #1 seeds on Tuesday! I.E. if Sugar/Ultimatum win and Pen loses, who is #1 if Cheaper than Gold loses/wins?
Unfortunately I have not been informed of the tiebreaker rules and so cannot answer this question on my own.
However I think what you mean is Ultimatum needs to win, and have Pen and Sugar lose.
