This Sunday, an hour before pickup at Rhodes (3:15-4:15) we're gonna have an opportunity for folks that want to learn a bit more about how to play ultimate. We'll do a few basic drills, work on throws, really anything that the attendees want to work on. After our practice you can then use these skills in the Sunday pickup immediately afterward (but are not required to stay).
This is a chance for the VOTS community to grow and develop so I would appreciate your support. More experienced players are welcome to attend, help teach newer players, or just come and do some drills. Captains and ultimate leaders, please personally invite some of your enthusiastic players that want to learn more about the game!
