FIRST ANNUAL ULTIMATE CHALLENGE AGAINST BREAST CANCER
Charity Ultimate Frisbee hat-style tournament.
Open to all skill levels. Great opportunity for beginners!
Saturday, October 24th, 2009
11am to Dusk (5:45pm)
REGISTRATION OPENS AT 10:30AM
Royal Palm Park - Phoenix, AZ
15th Ave. & W. Butler
(on 15th Ave. between Northern and Dunlap - see link below for map)
Dog-friendly park; leashes required.
What's Included:
Round-robin tournament, then finals
Hotdogs & hamburgers
Beer (for those 21 and up)
What Players Need to Bring:
White Shirt
Dark Shirt
Plenty of water
Costume Contests:
* Early Halloween
* Most Spirited Lady/Most Dressed in Pink
* Guy Dressed Most Like a Lady
GOOD PRIZES!!!
Cost:
$15 per person registering individually
$25 per couple/pair (Any combination guy/girl, guy/guy, girl/girl. We encourage carpooling. Players must register and pay at same time to receive discount.)
Proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.
