Hey all, I'm putting this out there for you masters guys. New rule changes in UPA states we need 7 teams at Regionals to gain 2 spots for our region at Nattys. Or if we have a masters tourney we need 6 to get our 2 spots. So this invite is going out to attend our 3rd annual Master tune up Denver. We’re nearly a month away. We are trying to firm up interest in the next week or so. Please check with your squads and see if you can attend. We would love to get some critical mass.
Here’s whose coming or interested:
1. Double Black
2. Old and In the Way
3. Yomo Fog Oho/Double Black Team 2
4. Colorado Team 4
5. Big Sky – definite maybe
6. Hillbillies – definite maybe
7. Texas (Sick Hammers, et al) – definite maybe
8. NM/AZ – maybe
If we can firm up some of this great competition we might be able to get another team or two to commit.
Tourney is at Dick’s and we’ll start at 11 am ish on Saturday and finish by 2 pm on Sunday (12 noon if your team is not in the finals). Team entry fee will be pretty standard. We have great rates on hotels close to fields and rental cars. It’s the perfect time to get some live masters action for your team before sectionals/regionals. And the weather is always nice and cool.
