I have a home or a couple of rooms for rent beginning June 1 (earlier if needed). The house is at Scottsdale Road and McKillips and is $1250 per month if you or someone you know wants to rent the whole house. Each bedroom is also available at $450 for two of the rooms, and $350 for the other.
Its a three bedroom tri-level with a swimming pool. The location is great in that its a short bike to ASU/tempe and old town scottsdale.
Pets ok but please no undergrads. Contact me for details.
