Hey guys, PLEASE READ FULL POST
WE NEED A SOLID TURNOUT TONIGHT!!!
If we don't get at least 15 players tonight, we may be in danger of losing this location. If you haven't showed up for a while, please make it this week! We will now be responsible for pitching in for the lights. I will make the initial payment, and I hope everyone can chip in with $2 to cover the fee. I would love to be rich enough to cover the reservation myself...but I'm not. So please recruit anyone you can to make it this Friday night. The more people we get, we each pay less, and we have a better chance of making this location last. Otherwise, I can't afford to cover the cost of the light fees each week.
Tonight will be at Cortez Park (35th Ave/Dunlap) , but we will be playing on the field directly south of where we've been playing recently. Again...same park, adjacent field. Spread the word...it's always good to have subs. Below are the details:
Date: November 7
Time: 8.00p-10.00p
Where: Cortez Park (35th Ave/Dunlap)
What to bring: plenty of water, discs, light and dark shirt
$2 for the light pitch
