You are posting to a Public board. The web spiders crawl around and pick up everything. The key is to not put in your email adress in a post. That is just silly. Also, don't use full names,i.e. first and last. This is not a VOTS issue but a personal issue. Don't leave a personal trail around. Now if you are asking VOTS to spend money and make it login and password protected, that is a lot. The usage would go down dramatically.
