Now I've been looking at hotel rates. For us to be relatively close to the Bell Center (we'd have to take the metro) but online rates start at $149 a night for 4-5 people. Or if we have a car $115.48 advance purchase (6 miles from downtown) This is based on that we arrive on the 17th and leave the 19th
1) someone can drive
2) Train - There and back is $62.06 with tax. Leaving ottawa at 06:50 am and arrive in montreal at 08:30am. Leave montreal at 6:00pm and arrive in ottawa at 7:49pm
3) Greyhond - Forget about it, more expensive then Via Rail
Metro - Six ticket strip is $11.00. Cash Fare $2.50. Tourist card 1 day $8.00, 3 days $16.00
BUS - Same is above
