If the doll has kind of ash-blonde wavy hair halfway down the back, that is Barbie's friend Mrs. Heart. She would have come with a male doll (her husband), and a little boy and girl. The dog's name is Trueheart. The Heart Family was sold in the US from 1985 to 1989.
Heart Family items are pretty popular on ebay, if you want to try to sell them.
