That 1958 date throws off everyone all the time. 1958 was the date that Mattel copyrighted the Barbie doll, and she was introduced to the public in March 1959.
However, your doll is not from 1959. The first porcelain Barbie was sold in 1988, and Mattel Barbie and family dolls were made in Malaysia in the 1990s. So you have a mid-1990s porcelain reproduction.
