Unless someone custom-made one, there NEVER HAS BEEN a pregnant Barbie made by Mattel.
You are probably thinking of one of the following dolls:
1. In the 1980s, there was a doll by an other company altogether that was named Judith. I cannot remember the manufacturer, though.
2. Mattel made a series of Barbie friends in the 1980s called the Heart Family. One of the versions of the doll wore an oversized stiff smock that stuck out from her tummy. She also came with a newborn baby.
3. After Mattel re-introduced the married Midge and Alan in the early 2000s, the company called the couple the Happy Family. There was a version in which Midge was pregnant (and yes, she had a larger stomach in which you could fit the accompanying baby). Wal-Mart hated the doll and pulled the set from its shelves, setting off a buying frenzy at other stores. That's what you're probably thinking of.
