The Skipper doll with the gray skin and red hair is from 1964 or 1965. The Skipper doll with the pinker skin and the blonde hair is from 1966 or 1967 (I think). The little rubbery blonde doll is Tutti, probably from 1966. The Malibu Barbie is from 1971. The Twist N Turn Barbies could be from 1967 or 1968. They came in orange vinyl bikinis and the net thing with the orange trim went over the swimsuit.
The blue case is from 1964 (that's what year the red flowered skirt outfit is from). The white case is from 1968 (that's what year that ensemble is from).
Same time period: Put the red velvet dress and coat on the redhead Skipper. Put the green jumper with the pockets on the blonde Skipper.
I'm not going to identify the names, numbers and years of the outfits. I'll leave that to someone else. I can tell you what ISN'T a Barbie item, though. In the blue case you have a little red dress with a white collar and white cuffs. That's for Remco's Penny Brite doll.
