Hmm i dunno since when i was chosen to be treasurer...
Anyway, just want to melaksanakan tugas, when the meeting date is set, all participants pls send in the money to me (or pass to someone who is attending, or at least confirm to me if u are attending but unable to pay in advance)
Not sure how much should be the budget, but let me just collect RM20 per pax, if got extra i shall return to u. This money shall include food (dinner) n miscellaneous equipments or necessities for camping gears.
Pls pls at least confirm with me or any of our friend if u are attending, otherwise susah nak plan the food quantity etc..
