Considering Homeschooling Child on IEP

Greetings, I am considering homeschooling my daughter she is currently in sixth grade. My only concern is that she is on an IEP through the school. Is there anything that I should be concerned about because she is behind the other "typical" sixth graders? Thank you in advance. Lynette
