Hello: My 12-yr-old son began home studying last year for 6th grade here in Montpelier, and I really want to get him connected with other home schoolers in the area, just a couple of other interesting boys around his age would be great. He's studying to be a pilot, and is also really interested in primitive survival skills (making a fire with a bow drill, building shelters, etc.) He plays the cello and is well-versed in science (he also wants to work on ending global warming...) He's also very funny. One thing he isn't is a sports jock, so if you know anyone who you think could be a good connection for him, I'd be extremely glad to hear from you.
