I am thinking of using ACE Paces - as we've already outlaid quite a bundle on school this year (over 2000.00 for the first two months), and I am looking for a low cost option. I have used Abeka for many years - but I did use ACE when teaching in Texas. What laws do I have to abide by? How do I get started? Do I have time to make a change this late in the school year? HI. I have taught in various schools for over 15 years - but my kids are now in a school and I am a stay-at-home mom. I am very unhappy with some rule changes they made and did not clear with the parents. Rule changes that are causing my kids to be suspended for what I call minor infractions, on a pretty regular basis (my kids are the only ones suspended so far) and when suspended, they get a automatic zero on every quiz they would have had that day. Anyways - that's the back story.
