just got a letter from the state saying that they didn't recieve an assesment for my 16 year old and that she wasn't registered for this year. She isn't, because I was under the assumption that when they turned 16 you didn't have to register them, I have an 18 year old and I did the same with her and never had a problem. Am I wrong about this? She will be 17 in May. Thanks
