I was sent an e-mail through the useca.org link.It is from a Joseph Savimbi.This is asking for assistance in safeguarding 18 million dollars.I just recently read about this very scam.Beware it is a scam. If you get this e-mail do not reply.Report it to your internet provider or any number of government agencys. Look up internet fraud.Be careful.
