Can you expound on how passivity is more un-forgiving everywhere else? If the score is 0-0 halfway through the first round then someone gets put on the clock. Is it different somewhere else? It seems they called it that way when I watched the Olympic Trials a week or two ago. What I liked there is that the wrestlers know what is going on and didn't complain about who got called first for passivity. They just went on with their match and they knew that if nothing else happened in the match then the other guy was going on the clock. How can you be more "un-forgiving" than that? The call is the call.
