The ball knocked off the ref, the traveling call on UNI before they took the ball out of bounds. Did anyone who was there understand that call? I was at the far other end, so didn't have a good view, but it sure looked like Drake had just scored and UNI was getting ready to take it out and they called traveling on us. WTF??? Coach seemed pretty upset so he must have seen it like I did. I looked at the clock and saw it was 11:59 so I thought maybe they just stopped play for an official time out, but sure enough when we came back on the floor it was DU ball. Then there was the play in overtime when a UNI player was going in for a basket all by himself and a DU player stripped it from him from behind out of bounds and they gave it to DU. The Drake fans all around me were laughing at that one and saying their vision must have been blurry. No complaints about the officiating overall, you always have some bad calls especially on the road, but those two were just weird bad.

It was a great game. I think Drake is going to become a tough place for anyone to win. I guess it already is, just ask Creighton. I think Drake pressed on every out of bounds play the whole game. I wish we had more plays to go over the top of that for an easy score. That's the way to break it as I recall from the TD at Iowa days. Easier said than done.
