Hello:
I am focusing on going ultralight in my backpacking. I tend to get cold around camp due to low bodyfat and want to get an ultrlight jacket to replace the fleece & two thermals I have been using (could be worn under my rainshell). I usually backpack in such areas as the Sierras, Glacier National Park,....... Would want to use it as a 3-season jacket mainly with possible use for snow camping with other layers brought along.
Wondering how the following compare in warmth: Western Mountaineering Flight Jacket -Down(10.5oz medium) ,Bozeman Mountain Works Cocoon Pullover-Synthetic (8.5oz medium), Patagonia Micro Puff Pullover-Synthetic (12.5 oz), Moonstone Lucid Down Jacket (10 oz), Nunatak SkahaPlus Hooded Down Sweater-Down (10oz.)
It has been suggested to go with synthetic since my sleeping bag is down. Any input on this?
If I do go with Synthetic anyone know how the Bozeman and the Patagonia compare in warmth
Thanks,
Chris
