I cook for three adults with a soda can stove or a canister using an antigravity 2 liter pot. I just use more alcohol and it takes longer. I think to cook a quart of stew it will take 2 oz of fuel and about 12 minutes or so. This is really easy and probably easier than cooking a small amount. I think a minibull AT would lend itself well to this type of cooking and is quite a bit more stable--www.minibulldesign.com---Have a great day!---tinny--
